You can find Friendship at the airport.
The island is not named after a bird, or a country, but sounds like it is.

This Navaid is in the United States, at a regional airport. 
That airport lies within a Terminal Radar Service Area (TRSA).
It's named after the nearby city, which has a distinctive name used in many songs,
the most popular one being from the World War Two era.
Guitars and cabs came from this city.
